Following the successful early-stage development of a portfolio, Inis Onshore Wind is looking to expand its development team. As part of this expansion, the business is seeking a Project Coordinator to help support the business.

About The Role:

The Project Coordinator is a full-time role within Inis Onshore Wind Ltd. The successful candidate will join Inis Onshore Wind Ltd to provide support to the investment and development teams in several administrative areas, including office administration, document control, business support, project coordination. The role will suit a candidate who can provide a support role in office administration / management, while also being able to bring additional skills to a small, focused development team. These skills could include legal, contract management, project coordination or project management. The role will involve working closely with the investment and renewable energy development teams in their office location in Dublin city centre.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Providing office management services and administrative support to an investment management and renewable energy development business.
  • Undertaking day-to-day office administration tasks such as arranging meetings and travel requirements to support both the investment team and the renewable energy development team.
  • Providing office administration support in areas such as insurance, property documents, and accounts.
  • Assisting with project coordination and management of professional services.
  • Providing document management services for project files, to ensure both electronic and hard copy files are well organised and accessible. Experience with running a virtual data room would be an advantage.
  • Supporting investment managers to secure various agreements and approvals for the business.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
  • Supporting company board operations, scheduling meetings, circulating agendas, taking minutes, and liaising with the Board Chairman and Directors.
  • Supporting project managers and land manager in various aspects of their projects e.g. assisting with insurance, health & safety requirements, and preparation for community engagement campaigns.
Suitable Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work well with team members essential. 
  • Experience and or Qualification in an office administration, legal, business or related discipline desirable.
  • Requirement to be well organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Requirement for good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working familiarity with office IT requirements essential.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as part of an energetic team.
  • Experience of renewable energy projects, project development or provision of professional services an advantage, but not essential.
